Lead intelligence platform CallRail has integrated with Teams to speed up lead response and conversion for businesses.
CallRail, whose AI-powered solution attributes marketing leads with the campaigns that drove them, has integrated with Teams to immediately alert users when high-value leads reach out so they can respond quickly with the likelihood of customer conversion. The Teams integration enables access to the relevant intelligence that businesses need.
Laura Lawrie, Principal Product Manager, Integrations at CallRail, commented:
Businesses have multiple priorities competing for their time and attention. By immediately knowing when a lead contacts their business and how often they miss calls, they’re able to expedite lead response for better conversion rates.
CallRail’s Microsoft Teams integration is the latest addition to our ecosystem that not only helps businesses quickly and effectively communicate with leads, but eliminates the need to switch between Microsoft Teams and CallRail to gather relevant information.”
A Raft of Valuable Features for Lead Response and Conversion
CallRail alerts for incoming calls, texts, or form submissions will appear within the Teams ecosystem without app switching. Users can customize and filter notifications to streamline valuable and time-sensitive leads that can be quickly flagged and addressed.
Among the specific features at the heart of the integration are automatic notifications of new calls, texts, and form submissions — so fewer leads are lost out on — and customizable notifications for marketing teams to align with specific campaigns so they can identify the source of the lead.
Users can also reply to SMS messages within Teams, speeding up lead response as it eliminates app switching.
Managers and business leaders can compile daily or weekly performance summaries to identify trends and opportunities within Teams, which can then inform best practices for coaching workers or steering strategy.
The Teams integration is not CallRail’s first solution of its kind. The vendor had previously launched a similar integration with Slack, sending customers automatic lead notifications and access to daily performance summaries within the platform, and now has nearly 2,000 customers.
Teams’ Diverse Portfolio of Collaborations
The versatility of integrations with Teams is one of the service’s key selling points, and CallRail’s lead intelligence solution is among many recently announced collaborations.
RingCentral revealed RingCentral for Teams 2.0 last week. Described by RingCentral as a “next-gen” UC app for calling, faxing and SMS, the solution integrates RingCentral’s cloud PBX capabilities into Teams via a fully native experience without requiring another app.
Among the new features intended to boost productivity are voicemail transcription, call recording, bi-directional presence sync, and unified contact search. The offering can also be coupled with RingCentral’s CCaaS solution, RingCentral Contact Centre.
Cloud-based email security vendor Abnormal Security also launched new threat detection capabilities for Teams, as well as Zoom and Slack. Abnormal’s three new email-centric products are designed to help Teams users detect suspicious messages, remedy compromised accounts, and provide data and management services for security posture. The new solutions are included as add-ons to the Abnormal Inbound Email Security offering and are generally available at launch.
There are also many other options for enterprises seeking to leverage Teams for voice. Businesses can select from various options, including using Microsoft’s dedicated Calling Plans or introducing voice from a third-party provider into their tech via Direct Routing or Operator Connect.
Likewise, Teams can integrate seamlessly with other conferencing technology. This is especially relevant following the launch of Microsoft Teams Rooms, which bridges the gap between remote and office employees with an inclusive, single-pane-of-glass platform.
