The application will be available to employers who use both Microsoft Teams and Alight Worklife following the next release of the Alight Worklife platform.
According to Alight, a cloud-based human capital and technology-enabled service provider, the solution will improve employee experiences by offering access to benefits and well-being information from within the Teams platform.
It also believes the Teams integration will ease benefits access, increase awareness, and enable greater app usage.

Alight revealed that its partnership with Avanade has created secure user validation, personalised content, and account summaries for every employee.
The integration gives this employee access to their benefits and well-being information while reducing the need for extra logins or app switching.
Alight also points to Avanade’s experience with Microsoft solutions as a means of producing a positive user experience that is more productive and engaging.

Key features of Alight Worklife for Microsoft Teams include AI personalised information and recommendations connected to their benefits.
It has an Interactive Virtual Assistant (IVA), which provides 2, said Pete Daderko, Senior Director, Microsoft Teams Product Marketing, 4/7 support, such as answering questions and delivering benefits information.
A new Alight Worklife dashboard offers an account summary and all the highlights of their benefits.
Finally, the solution hosts secure and seamless access between Teams and Alight Worklife whenever an employee may need to use it.
