Dialpad has partnered with Google to list its unified communications and contact centre solutions on the Google Cloud Marketplace.
The tie-up sees Dialpad become a Google independent software vendor (SV).

Dialpad said that the new partnership with Google Cloud βstreamlinesβ the digital transformation process by bringing its UCaaS platform into Google Workspace.

The partnership with Google comes after Dialpad announced its integration with Microsoft Teams last year. It launched new meeting and collaboration tools soon after.
Later in the year, Dialpad revealed the acquisition of London-based Kare Knowledgeware.
