Gamma are excited to confirm a number of new changes within the Product Sales team. Roan Pratt has been appointed to the role of Head of Product Sales. Roan joined Gamma almost 10 years ago, starting off as a Mobile Sales Specialist and most recently in the Head of Resale position. To fill Roan’s place, Matt Barnett has been promoted to Head of Resale.
With the aim of continuing to help Gamma partners sell more, the Product Sales team has increased considerably in the last few months, with four staff members joining Gamma and three more currently being recruited. This team provides a vital role to partners, assisting in the technical sales, bid and commercial support, to ensure partners win new business.
With this expansion, a number of new initiatives have been rolled out, including a new data quote hotline for Gamma Partners to search for a more competitive quote if they are able to provide an equivalent quote from a competitor. The team have also started running outbound telesales activity for the Cloud Compute product, providing partners with qualified leads to follow up.
