Leading provider of cloud communication solutions, Vonage, recently announced the transformation of its Channel Partner Program and Partner Experience Portal. The updates come as part of the Vonage Accelerate initiative to amplify opportunities in the Channel.

Since being launched in March 2021, the efforts of the program have helped to boost performance for channel partners across the globe. Now, the new Partner Program and Portal will further support the growth of the Vonage Channel, giving users access to all the tools they need to leverage the Vonage Communications Platform. The VCP is a platform capable of powering amazing global engagement through UCaaS, CCaaS, and API solutions.

According to Jim Regan, Vonage Channel Chief, the channel partners of the company are some of the most valuable assets to the team. Through feedback from existing partners, Vonage has been inspired to enhance its Program and Portal to support better paths to growth and development.

The New Channel Partner Experience

The updated solutions offer enhanced opportunities for all kinds of partners, including resellers, VARs, referral partners, and distributors. According to Regan, as the way we work continues to fundamentally change, businesses are relying on communications to keep people connected. Vonage is committed to bringing engagement experiences to customers through channel initiatives.

Central to the new Channel Partner Program is an updated tiered structure to incentivize partner performance. Every tier comes with its own set of benefits, built to encourage partners to keep working hard and accomplishing new goals. The program also comes with increased support for partners and customers through all stages of deployment and provisioning.

Vonage’s upgraded Partner Program also comes with a new Vonage Verified training platform, which helps partners to build a foundation for successful selling through Vonage. The solution fosters partner growth through monthly training sessions and product training.

The New Partner Experience Portal

Aside from the newly enhanced Partner Program, Vonage has also introduced an advanced Partner Experience Portal. This solution simplifies the process of doing business with Vonage. The solution comes with enhanced site navigation to make accessing tools more user-friendly, as well as deeper self-servicing capabilities to help partners evolve.

A detailed selection of reporting and analytics tools include things like contract and account level reports, key contact information, payment history, and details about contract renewals. The portal also helps partners to boost clarity around incentives and commissions while giving them the information they need to serve their customers best.

Existing partners of Vonage, like Telarus, say that the Vonage Channel Partner Program and Portal are enabling them to continue putting their customer first as they work on delivering excellent results to end-users. The solutions include everything Telarus needs, from marketing assets to sales support and more. Sandler Partners, another Vonage partner, also notes that Vonage makes it extremely easy to do business with them.
