Tangoe Expands UCaaS Expense Management Solution

Comms provider extends offering to cater to work-from-anywhere environments

Comms provider Tangoe has extended its UCaaS Expense Management offering to enable companies to navigate the remote working environment.

The offering is a part of its Tangoe One cloud solution and is designed to enable companies to navigate the complexities of the work from anywhere environment where real-time communications and collaborations are critical.

The expanded solution ensures organisations stay productive, and that technology is being used appropriately while maximising investments and streamlining costs. It leverages the cloud to deliver accurate, near real-time expense management alongside advanced reporting, analytics, and alerts.

 Key features of the expanded offering include: accurate cost locations and chargebacks for greater financial control, scalable and centralised billing with automated voice and AP/GL file processing and payment, as well as call centre, customer service, and help desk monitoring to measure productivity.
