Titan Workspace is launching Workflow Automation for SharePoint and Power Automate to help Microsoft365 and Microsoft Teams users.

The company describes itself as a digital workplace which offers Microsoft Teams collaboration features that are not native to Teams.

The workflow automation tools are being showcased at GITEX 2022, taking place from 10-14 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Ashish Kamotra, CEO, Titan Workspace, said: “Automation of business processes is an important aspect of digital transformation, and LCNC solutions play a significant role.

“By implementing Titan Workspace Microsoft365 customers can digitize all their internal processes instantly at fraction of the cost.

“Titan Workspace offers this as Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) where customers just pay a small amount for each business process per year without worrying about complexities of SharePoint technical resources, maintenance and change requests.

“We are now expanding our presence in North America, the Middle East and SE Asia with the help of strategic resellers and distributors for offering Titan Workspace as a value-added solution to existing Office365 customers or bundling of Titan Workspace with new Office365 subscriptions.”

Titan Workspace’s workflow automation tools use low-code/No-Code architecture to allow users to create forms and complex workflows with SharePoint and Power Automate.

The automation tools solve a number of issues. According to Titan Workspace, customers find it challenging to use SharePoint within Office 365 and Teams without the technical expertise. Adopting SharePoint, therefore, would necessitate investments in staff training.

The technical knowledge required to use SharePoint is one reason the company believes that Microsoft 365 adoption rates are frequently lower than expected.

Titan Workspace streamlines the advanced collaboration capabilities of Microsoft 365, enabling IT decision-makers to witness the speed at which these tools can be rolled out without needing to invest in staff training or customisations.

As well as workflow automation, Titan Workspace also offers document management, project and task management, and guest user portals designed for SharePoint and Teams.

Gaurav Bhutani, Vice President-Sales, Titan Workspace, said: “Automation of business processes using SharePoint has always been a challenge for CIOs due to extremely high development and maintenance costs.

“Customers are wanting to automate hundreds of their internal workflows in Office365, but the cost and scalability of technical resources have been a deterrent to their digital transformation initiatives.

“Titan is a 100% No-Code process automation tool that is affordable for small and medium businesses. We are exhibiting this solution at GITEX 2022 Hall H7-12 and shall be demonstrating the power of this tool to customers and resellers.”

Titan Workspace is the leading product in TFW Labs’ portfolio. TFW Labs is headquartered in the USA.

The workflow automation tools are being used in verticals, including car manufacturing, consulting, fintech, supply chains, construction, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

Workspace is Microsoft Co-Sell Ready, and it is being promoted by Microsoft CSPs and MSPs around the world.

What is Workflow Automation?

Workflow automation is a means of automating business processes using tools, avoiding the need for these processes to be performed manually by employees.

The tools can automatically trigger a series of actions, which complete tasks quickly and without any mistakes.

Most companies are able to relatively easily integrate workflow automation platforms into their systems. Every process needs workflow instructions to allow tools to operate from start to end, which are input by a technician.

One way workflow automation can help is by assisting employees with data entry. For example, rules can be created into the system to auto-fill input boxes for employees based on previously input information. Instant responses, such as this, can help to boost company productivity.

Every sector, from healthcare to finance, can benefit from workflow automation. Automation tools can help to streamline work processes. They essentially do the work for you with 100% accuracy, which creates consistency across the entire company.

One of the most common ways to apply workflow automation is for onboarding within human resources. Candidate recruitment times can be speeded up to enable new workers to start working from day one.

In finance, it can be used to set up auto-payments for repeating invoices, as well as simplifying document management and adding financial data into accounting software.

A summary of the key benefits of workflow automation includes efficiency, productivity, accuracy, real-time visibility, accountability, facts-based decision-making, data security, customer experience, and employee experience.
