VOSS to Demonstrate UC Ops and Performance Management at UC EXPO

Today, VOSS Solutions unveils its plan for UC EXPO, to take place at ExCeL London, on May 17th and 18th 2017. VOSS will be situated at booth B122.

At the event, VOSS, ranked the No.1 Unified Communications operations management vendor by analyst firm Nemertes Research, will showcase four significant and recently announced enhancements to its UC management platform:

• VOSSBot – A revolutionary way for customers to control VOSS-4-UC, using natural language Instant Messages via common chat tools such as Skype, Slack and others. VOSSBot leverages specialised VOSS APIs combined with the Microsoft Bot framework, and a dash of artificial intelligence, to extend the power of VOSS-4-UC
• VOSS Assurance – A comprehensive view into business and operational performance, enabling organisations to access real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, across multi-vendor UC solutions. VOSS Assurance has been designed to automate the process of collecting structured and unstructured machine generated data from multiple sources and correlates the data with other data sources to give business context, before analysing it to garner new insight into business and operational performance
