The best roadmap to use for any journey – such as the journey to Microsoft Teams PSTN or Voice service – depends on the starting point. This varies greatly, for carriers, operators, and managed service providers, in the unevenly distributed world of cloud communications. Few blueprints exist anyway, for offering Teams Voice as a service, due to the rapid evolution of Direct Routing and Operator Connect in recent times.

This leaves many potential service providers looking for a holistic approach to enabling Microsoft Teams as a complete service offer. NUWAVE’s Partner Enablement Program is a turnkey approach that solves for the market requirement in providing an elastic service offering, migration services, end-customer adoption tools, analytics, reporting, orchestration, automation, and provisioning with API and global network interconnections which enables the partner to go to market with a highly scalable, global Microsoft Teams Voice solution.

Enabling Partners from Any Direction

IPILOT by NUWAVE has been leading the way for direct client onboarding, achieving unprecedented efficiencies at scale, with their bespoke internal application, and carving out a growing specialist reputation as a pioneer in the go-to-market for MS Teams calling. Now their new Partner enablement program provides new routes for access – supporting a range of different internal views and functionality to address the needs of different categories of partners with onboarding, messaging, and launch strategies.

As Chief Product Officer, David Spears, explained, this enables even greater numbers of customers to experience the speed and accuracy of the iPILOT platform, via a partner they already know and trust. “For example, we now offer enablement for a higher-tiered partner program with us that allows them to go and manage other partners, from deployment to managed support.”

In addition to the Alliance Partnership Program, which enables a partner to manage all their direct customers and channel partners directly within the iPILOT platform, there is a range of different entry levels supported – recognizing the varied needs of the industry in different markets and environments, where different networks and existing partnerships may already be established.

A Range of Tiers to Support Every Need

Carriers/operators can white label the iPILOT solution under their own brand, with full management and visibility of their partner’s or end customer’s Direct Routing and/or Operator Connect services in a single pane of glass. The different types of partnerships NUWAVE offers can be found at NUWAVE’s partner center. iPILOT dashboards are highly customizable and tailored to each level of service, and go far beyond voice enablement, including support for integration possibilities such as OSS/BSS through Dynamics, and Azure integrations.

“As a CPaaS platform, iPILOT incorporates OSS, Dynamics, and Azure integrations via a “single pane of glass platform – while also being highly flexible and composable, enabling the connection through the API from other third-party software vendors directly into the solution. We can support partners and their clients with whatever they need, such as call recording, migration, training services… These are now checkboxes, to support completely customizable packaged solutions,” Spears continued.

With Training Tailored to Match

Managing complex services within the iPILOT program will enable partners to offer competitive and differentiated packages aligned with local market conditions and sensitivities, and the included packaged support offered from NUWAVE is designed to help new partners – at any tier – get up and running fast.

“The iPILOT program is intuitive and clear, but it’s completely different to anything already in the market, that they may have been seen before,” Spears continued. “We include training on the platform, focused on the aspects they need most to deploy fast and start bringing the benefits to their customers immediately.

“We are also currently developing an iPILOT certification program to ensure our partners’ success from the outset – empowering them to set up their own customers with maximum efficiency, and accelerating their time to revenue”
