Mida Solutions’ C3 – Cloud Contact Center and its Compliance Recorder products have gained certification for Microsoft Teams following a rigorous and in-depth accreditation process. The process guarantees users and partners of the products’ compatibility with the Teams ecosystem. Certified solutions ensure customers that they can simply select products that are proven to be reliable, secure and deliver the functionality and performance they expect. 

With Teams experiencing exponential growth, it was clear that the certifications would help enterprises and their ecosystem of partners identify high quality solutions and be sure that they would meet their needs. Certification is not awarded lightly and solutions providers have to go through a comprehensive process that involves detailed, challenging preparation work.

Mida says that it has been seeing higher volumes of requests for professional third parties’ service tools to support Teams to promptly handle customer issues. It therefore decided to pursue certification to add value to its UC solutions and to simplify product selection for customers. 

With Mida C3 – Cloud Contact Center, Teams users can now access additional call management capabilities that augment and enhance the basic Teams calling functions. For example, the solution’s Automatic Call Distribution feature allows incoming calls to be dealt with easily while being integrated to users’ familiar Teams client and the wider Microsoft365 ecosystem, if required.  

With C3, the Teams interface provides a familiar user experience that can be set up in minutes and allows users from anywhere to access it using just a browser. In addition, users can download applications directly from Microsoft Marketplace and the solution is integrated with popular CRM systems such as Dynamics and Salesforce. 

The solution has also been designed to provide customers with a flexible and scalable solution. Options include a pay-as-you-grow model which allows additional users to be added when needed. Enterprises can also access powerful analytical tools to help them improve their services as they scale up. 

With Mida Compliance Recorder, customers can now record all of their Teams communications with all recordings safely stored using Mida’s compression and file archiving. Teams users can then simply access recordings from the device they prefer to use via a single playback station. The experience is compliant with Microsoft’s maximum quality standards and offers excellent security thanks to the solution’s anti-tamper feature.
