NFON UK Teams Up with Nuvola for Irish Distribution

NFON UK, the British arm of Munich-based cloud PBX provider NFON AG, recently announced that its market-leading cloud telephony service Cloudya will now be available in the Irish market.

According to their statement, Cloudya will be offered through local Irish channel partners working with Nuvola, a leading technology and services distributor that is already selling Cloudya in the UK.

“Since signing our distribution partnership with Nuvola in 2019, we have enjoyed a mutually successful relationship in the UK,” says NFON UK’s Channel Director, Jon Dailey. “We are pleased that they will now be selling Cloudya in Ireland.”

In his statement to the press, Daily remarks that, “It makes complete business sense as we are geographically and technologically well placed to support Nuvola with its Irish operations and new Irish partners.”

Both NFON UK and Nuvola have expressed that they view this latest development in their relationship as an exciting opportunity to meet a growing customer base in need of cloud telephony services.

“We have had huge success in adding NFON to our portfolio of cloud solutions” explains Michael Lloyd, Managing Director of Nuvola Distribution, adding that:

“Nuvola and NFON have enhanced and added considerable value to existing reseller partner’s current offerings and have incorporated a wholesale channel model to ensure our joint reseller partners maintain the relationship with their client”

Noting the growth of the service industry based in Ireland Lloyd goes on to express his anticipation for adding Cloudya to his company’s portfolio of services to meet the local scene’s telephony needs.

“We are delighted to be satisfying a huge demand in the Irish market by extending our relationship with NFON to Ireland,” says Lloyd. “The demand and adoption of cloud telephony is very much on the rise with the switch to hybrid working models. Growing NFON’s Partnership Network to New Localities

This announcement marks the latest expansion of NFON AG’s expansive channel partnership network to yet another segment of the European market.

With their service available exclusively through channel partners, NFON AG and their local UK branch have developed an extensive program to support their channel partners. This program offers end-to-end support with professional services, including marketing materials, educational training sessions, technical support with a 24/7/365 help desk, as well as engineering support.

Working with their channel partners, NFON AG grew the number of seats where their service is installed to 500,000 by the close of Q3.
