The move to remote work has driven up the demand for cloud-based telephony solutions as organizations shift their employees between work from office and work from home arrangements. The flexibility of cloud services like Cloudya allows their teams to transition seamlessly from one environment to another without interrupting their operations, making it an attractive option for a variety of organization types.
One sector that has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic is the contact centers with their large workforce and need to maintain continuity and connectivity.
