For the fifth consecutive year, Gartner has named Mitel a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications.

In the Gartner July 2018 report, Gartner notes, “UC offers the ability to significantly improve how individuals, groups and companies interact and perform.” In a market rapidly transitioning to the cloud, Mitel believes its strategy to enable customers to effectively leverage their existing UC investments while moving to the type of cloud technology most appropriate for their business is the best way to make communications seamless.
