For the fifth consecutive year, Gartner has named Mitel a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications.

    Hi Steve

    this is the MQ for UC. UCaaS is mentioned once, but it’s the UC MQ.

You keep mentioning UCaaS in this article but all the UCaaS players are not in the chart??

There are many other UCaaS players out there but no mention of them in this news story? Why?
